When catalog metadata lists a qualified model with a current signed P2P announcement, TinyRustLM prefers a direct browser transfer; the announcement does not prove live reachability. Otherwise the app offers explicit on-device conversion of the pinned source through the desktop companion. Model bytes never pass through TinyRustLM.com.
