Purpose
TinyRustLM.com hosts the browser-local TinyRustLM Rust/WASM app at the domain root. Users import local .slm files through the browser file picker and run them locally in the browser.

- Runtime.MiRust.com is retired as a separate documentation authority.

- Hugging Face and P2P source flows stay metadata/handoff only until local Rust `.slm` verification succeeds.
- Hugging Face search shows compact availability chips for real P2P, conversion, review, local `.slm`, no-source, and P2P-disabled states.
- Hugging Face search fetches a wider metadata page and ranks visible rows by real actionability before no-source rows.
- Hugging Face conversion handoffs accept one reviewed `.safetensors` file or a reviewed shard directory; the browser does not fetch Hub model bytes.
